The founders, Rohini and Angus Ross are highly sought-after coaches and consultants who are supporting individuals in their growth journey via private couples’ intensives, individual intensives, coaching, apprenticeships, organizational consulting/training, and their signature Rewilding Online Community and Training program designed to provide affordable access to all interested individuals, regardless of ability to pay.

Compensation
$30 per hour (20 hrs/ per week approximately 80 hours per month)
Hours: A consistent Monday-Friday Pacific Time zone schedule

Qualifications and Qualities
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced learning environment while juggling multiple priorities, deadlines, and a vast set of stakeholders (members, customers, clients, vendors, etc.). To be successful, the ideal candidate would need to be a self-starter who loves to take initiative and implement strategic projects with operational efficiency and attention to detail, a tech-savvy individual who is obsessed with learning new tools and ensuring their effective integration, an independent worker who is organized and able to manage their multiple priorities, an excellent communicator who loves to connect with our diverse client base via email, phone or social media, and, overall, a service-oriented heart centered personality who thrives in being a supportive team player while taking care of and communicating their own professional boundaries.
Roles and Responsibilities
As Manager of Operations & Social Media, you will work directly with co-Founder Rohini Ross to provide exceptional customer engagement and operational efficiencies in managing their full social media content portfolio, customer communication, admin/payment processing, and technology integrations. Responsibilities include:
Rewilders Community
The vision for creating the Rewilding Community is to ensure anyone who is interested and committed to higher consciousness is able to join and learn with us, regardless of their ability to pay. This innovative program has attracted hundreds of subscribers so far with a thriving weekly content and engagement process. Your role would be to ensure efficiencies in member communication, payment, and backend operations, including: process new subscribers, processing member requests for coaching, managing weekly webinar reminder emails and notifications, managing Searchie video content, processing scholarships, and annual renewals, ensuring efficiencies in payment processing, manage admin requests for the FB Rewilding community, and ensure efficient member communications.
Rewilders Guide Training

Podcast and Events
The Rewilders offer a successful podcast along with many events and special offerings to support the community. Your role would be to coordinate these events and ensure efficiencies in collaborating with vendors (video editors, graphic designers, SEO, etc.), create/monitor/track key performance indicators and metrics, oversee podcast production and video editing projects, and ensure our digital marketing is optimized for search engines.
General Admin
The Rewilders co-founders are looking for inspiration on how to simplify their daily tasks, including email management, tech support, and the creation of various documents and materials. Your role would be to bring fresh eyes to responding to the various admin duties that require efficiencies and immediate attention.
Social Media
The Rewilders co-founders provide robust and engaging content on a weekly basis across multiple social media platforms via blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and videos. Your role would be to oversee our strategic social media implementation by helping to schedule and share posts, moderate comments, and messages, and build engagement. This includes: drafting podcast descriptions and posting on the website, coordinating and ensuring quality control for our daily/weekly/monthly social media posts, tracking and reporting channel metrics, creating and promoting events, responding to comments, and uploading newsletter content.
Tech Integration
The Rewilders web presence is fueled by a myriad 3rd party tech providers integrated with social media platforms. Your role would be to understand and help manage the integration of these tools to ensure efficiencies across the board. The platforms we use include: Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides), Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok), WordPress, Strikingly, Searchie, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, Zapier, Acuity, Stripe, Mailchimp, Tggl for time tracking. Basic video editing skills are a plus.
