Lee Ann Dangelo

My name is Lee Ann Dangelo and I was introduced to the Three Principles in 2008 while attending a one day seminar with Dr. William Pettit.  I let the ideas ferment in me and reflected on them often.  As time passed, I found many every-day life teachers through friends, family, triathlon coaches, yoga instructors, professional relationships and my own meditation practice.

Our daily diet – not just what we eat, but what we think, what we read, watch we watch, what we spend our time on – matters a great deal.  We are affected by all of it in some way.  My goal is to be of service, to this community and to the world, to share what gifts I have and to provide a safe space for those in need.

As a fitness enthusiast I have experienced the benefits of movement and the direct link between physical and mental health.  Physical movement can come in many forms…walking, cycling, yoga or simply moving from a chair to lying flat on the floor.  Movement can change one's perspective and is always worth exploring.
