I am a psychologist, speaker and coach. I have over 15 years’ experience in the private and public sector as a health strategist, organisational wellbeing consultant and behavioural change facilitator. In 2018, I received a special recognition from the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, for my work with the London Healthy Workplace Award.
It was my own experience of burnout that brought a new understanding of stress. I discovered that stress didn’t come from outside, through external triggers, but was created inside my own mind. It was a lightbulb moment that completely changed my understanding of stress, how it works and what to do about it.
Today, I use that insight and my years of learning and professional experience to guide individuals and teams through challenging times so they can experience less stress, better resilience, more wellbeing and achieve extraordinary success.
