Anger is a healthy emotion, yet it can cause us suffering within ourselves and in our relationships. In this vlog, we give two examples of anger. One where Rohini finds herself reactive and storming down the side of the mountain, and one where Angus is consciously able to be open to his experience of anger without acting out from that place.
