I have always loved working with people in bringing who they are into what they love. I believe that life isn't linear, and excellence does not require perfection. My favorite metaphor is that of being a midlife midwife. 

On a personal note I have three grown, vibrant, adult children, I live in San Francisco, and currently work by day as a Vice President of Operations for a Real Estate firm.
