I am a certified Rewilding Guide. I enjoy sharing the understanding that we all have innate wisdom and well-being, and I hope others are impacted as beautifully as I have been. 

I am also an artist, educator, and community-builder based in Portland, Oregon. I enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, the vibrant cityscape, and the endless inspiration of living here. 

Trained as a journalist and communications professional, I also have a Masters Degree in adult learning from Portland State University.
