Melissa is a mom, leader and coach, who is part of the 1% of women that have ever managed to smash through the C-Suite glass ceiling of Corporate America. As a pioneer of women in the boardroom, she’s taken the arrows so that her peers – and the next generation – will have more success and less stress. She has over 20 years' experience building powerful brands, scaling businesses, and increasing revenue. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with agencies, networks, studios and many of the world’s most prestigious brands including Viacom, NBCUniversal, Facebook, Audi, Activision, General Motors, Hasbro, Marvel and the Walt Disney Company. She has created campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment and media which have been awarded Emmy Awards, Cannes Lion Awards, Effies, Telly Awards, Game Marketing Awards, Broadcast Design Association Gold Awards, and Clio Awards. Melissa serves on the Executive Board of a Place Called Home, a community-based organization which focuses on creating positive opportunities for children and teens in South Central Los Angeles. She is an Executive Member of Women in Film, YPO Hollywood and YPO Big Apple.
