Hi there, I'm Lainie (they/them). I identify as non-binary and queer, and love working with people who are exploring their identity. 

I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, but after discovering the three principles, I left the traditional world of mental health and began focusing more on this understanding. 

I'm a certified Rewilding Guide and digital marketing manager. My approach to most everything in life is to show up just as myself, and hopefully help others do the same, whether it be by example or by guidance.
